Description
AT series arc-bevel gear reducer is a hardened arc-bevel gear reducer produced according to national professional standards, with small volume, light weight, strong load carrying capacity, long life. High efficiency and low noise
Advantages: It is an ideal deceleration transmission device, widely used in metallurgy. Mining, petrochemical, energy, transportation. It is widely used in metallurgy, mining, petrochemical, energy, transportation, cement, construction and light industry.
This series of reducer can be used in both positive and negative directions.
This series of reducer is optimized design. The gears are made of high-quality alloy steel, forged, toothed and given strict heat treatment. The mechanical transmission efficiency of this reducer is high, with an average efficiency of 98%.
Features
Wide range of speed ratios: 1:1, 1.5:1, 2:1, 2.5:1, 3:1, 4:1, 5:1, all are actual ratios.
High mechanical transmission efficiency: average efficiency 98%.
Can be used in both forward and reverse directions.
Smooth running, low noise.
Small size, light weight, long service life, high load capacity.
Easy to disassemble, easy to maintain, easy to install.
Use conditions
The ambient temperature is -40℃ to 45℃, if it is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil should be warmed up to above 0C before starting.
High-speed shaft speed is not more than 1500 rpm.
The circumferential speed of gear drive is not more than 20 meters/second.
Model Description

Example of AT series

All 3 loads are 196N.m, general impact, 8 hours of continuous work per day, i.e., use factor fi=1.25, helical gear input speed is 300 r/min, and the speed ratio is 1:1.
According to the formula.
TN2 > T2 x fi=196 x 1.25=245N.m for each reducer itself.
No.1 reducer The load of No.1 reducer itself is 245N.m, while No.2 and No.3 reducers need to transmit torque through No.1 reducer. Therefore, the load that No.1 reducer should bear is 245N.m+ 245N.m+ 245N.m=735N.m. According to the transmission capacity table, AT12 should be selected.
In addition to its own load of 245N.m, the No.2 reducer also needs to transmit the torque of the No.3 reducer. Therefore, the total load is 245N.m + 245N.m = 490N.m. According to the transmission capacity table, AT10 should be selected.
Since the No. 3 reducer operates with only one load C, i.e., a load of 245N.m or more is required, AT8 can be selected according to the transmission capacity table.
Note: 1.
1. If the speed ratio is not 1:1, determine or inform the input axis: select the horizontal axis input for deceleration and the vertical axis input for speed increase; the position of the two axes cannot be changed after the installation orientation and dimensions have been determined.
2. Calibrate the load capacity of the reducer for multiple continuous outputs.
