Description

U series gear reducer motor is a high-precision one designed and manufactured with the technology of U-series one imported from KISSLING Company of Switzerland. The gear of this product is treated with the carburizing-hardening-grinding process, and the accuracy of single gear meets the requirements of Grade 5 specified in GB/T10095. The box is made of high-strength cast iron and processed in the machining center.

This series reducer can be equipped with a AC three-phase asynchronous motor or a SZ DC motor. When equipped with SZ DC motor, it has the advantages of DC servo motor and gear reducer, and the stepless speed regulation can be realized by adjusting the armature voltage, with many advantages, such as wide speed regulation range, large output torque, small volume, light weight and high efficiency. It can be used as an actuating element and a driving element in automatic control systems; in particular, it is an ideal servo element within the speed range from several hundred revolutions to several tenths of a revolution per minute.

Service

Product warranty period: twelve months from the date of shipment from the factory. In case of normal operation, our side is absolutely responsible for the replacement and maintenance of all questions related to the own quality of the gearbox.
