Description

ZDY series gear reducer is a cylindrical gear reducer with hard tooth surface produced according to the requirements of JB/T8853, and has many advantages, such as small volume, light weight, high bearing capacity, long service life, high efficiency and low noise. It is an ideal reduction drive device at the international level in the 1980s, widely used in metallurgy, mining, petrochemical, energy, transportation, cement, construction, light industry and other fields.

Use conditions

The ambient temperature is -40~+45℃; if it is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil shall be preheated to above 0℃ before starting;

The speed of the high-speed shaft is no more than 1500r/min;

The peripheral speed of the gear rotation is no more than 20m/s.

Features

In this series of reducer motor, the gear parameters have been optimized, the gear is forged of high-quality alloy steel, and then toothed and heat processed strictly. The gear have been ground with the grinding machine of REISHAUER Company of Switzerland, and the accuracy has reached Class 5 of GB/T10095-88.

It has wide speed ratio range, which is 1:25-56 for single-stage drive, 63-20 for two-stage drive and 224-100 for three-stage drive. It has high drive efficiency, which is more than 96.5% for single-stage drive, 93% for two-stage drive and 90% for three-stage drive. The reducer can be rotated in forward and backward directions. In case of forward operation and reverse braking, a stopper can be equipped at the high-speed shaft end.

Product warranty period: twelve months from the date of shipment from the factory. In case of normal operation, our side is absolutely responsible for the replacement and maintenance of all questions related to the own quality of the gearbox.
