Description

AF series parallel-axis helical gear reducer motor is the latest product designed and manufactured according to the requirements of JB/ T6447-92 standard and IEC standards. It is composed of a drag motor and a gear reducer, and has many advantages, such compact structure, small volume, light weight, low noise, small vibration and high efficiency. It is an ideal low-speed power source, widely used in metallurgy, mining, light industry, chemical industry, steel, cement, textile, printing and dyeing, sugar, food, rubber, medicine, packaging, construction, lifting and transportation, agricultural machinery and other fields, as well as for support and maintenance of imported equipment.

According to users’ needs, it can also be equipped with a multi-speed, high-efficiency or DC motor and a DC electromagnetic brake or unidirectional stopper DC as well as various encoders.

The protection level varies with the motor, which can be IP44 or IP54, and the cooling method is IC0141.

In this series of reducer motor, the gear parameters have been optimized, the gear is forged of high-quality alloy steel, and then toothed and heat processed strictly. The gear have been ground with the grinding machine with worm grinding wheel of REISHAUER Company of Switzerland, and the accuracy has reached Class 5 of GB/T10095.1 ~2-2001. The frame is made of high-strength cast iron and includes two structures: leg-type and flange-type.

The efficiency of reducer is no less than 94% for two-stage drive and 92% for three-stage drive.

Service

Product warranty period: twelve months from the date of shipment from the factory. In case of normal operation, our side is absolutely responsible for the replacement and maintenance of all questions related to the own quality of the gearbox.
