The new design of the Angie Foo gearbox is unique and innovative in that it: 

● Reduces the number of parts while increasing the number of sizes.
 

● Fewer parts and more specifications.
 

Increased transmission power and operational reliability.
 

The use of high performance non-contact and wear-resistant lost seals is possible.
 

Flanged shafts are available for installation in confined spaces (on request).
 

Mounting type
 

We can provide both horizontal and vertical mounting of Ankifu gearboxes.
 

Other mounting types are also available on request.
 

Standard gearboxes can be supplied with various accessories such as motor mounting flanges.
 

Gearboxes can be supplied with various accessories such as motor mounting flanges, gearbox floating bases or backstops to meet customer requirements.
 

Noise Characteristics
 

The noise characteristics of the gearboxes have been significantly improved by adopting the latest design concepts and through the following means.
 

●Using a computer program to design a case structure that absorbs operating noise.
 

Realization of large tooth contact ratios.
 

Heat dissipation
 

Angie's gearboxes not only have very good transmission efficiency, but also have good heat dissipation performance.
 

The following are some of the reasons.
 

●Enlarged surface area of the case.
 

●The use of a non-contacting, camouflage-type sealing device is possible.
 

●Use of large fans and new types of inflow fans.
 

In the selection of gearboxes, Angefu gearboxes are based on the lower maximum permissible oil temperature, which not only improves the operational reliability, but also reduces the maintenance cost due to the extension of the oil change cycle.
 

Precautions
 

The following must be strictly observed!
 

■ The accompanying drawings in the catalog are examples only and are not binding. The company reserves the right to change dimensions.
 

■The weights shown are average values only and are not binding.
 

■To prevent external accidents, all rotating parts should be protected by the purchaser with covers in accordance with the safety norms of the user's country and region.
 

■ The operating instructions must be read carefully before commissioning. The gearbox is supplied in a quasi-operational condition and needs to be filled with lubricant before operation.
 

■The oil filling quantity shown in this sample is only for reference, the actual oil filling quantity should be subject to the marking on the dipstick.
 

■The lubricant viscosity should be in accordance with the data on the nameplate of the gearbox.
 

■Only lubricants of permitted brands should be used.
 

The gearboxes are supplied with radial shaft seals. If other types of shaft seals are required, please inquire.
 

■The direction of rotation is the direction of rotation of the output shaft d2 when facing the output shaft.
 

■When installed outdoors, avoid sunlight. Appropriate protective equipment should be installed by the purchaser.
